Starting this week, we are going to be running short online classes for anyone who wishes to attend. This will be using the Zoom app, which you can access on your phone, tablet, or PC. Classes will initially be aimed at our younger members, to keep them interested and to keep them exercising and stretching. As time passes we may add additional classes. If you are interested, download the zoom app (Zoom Cloud Meetings on the play store) and install it. There's no need to sign up for an account. Then drop us a note using the "Join Now" page. We will contact you with further details ready for the sessions to start.
