Unfortunately this week Denchi Kai Academy said farewell to Adam and Rebecca Evans who are leaving to go and live in Dubai for the foreseable future. Adam and Rebecca have trained at Denchi Kai for 4 years and will be missed a great deal by Senseis and students. Adam and Rebecca were very dedicated to their training - so much so that they have found somewhere to carry on training in Dubai! - and were always happy to be in the Dojo and were model students. Sadly they both missed their chance to go for their Dan gradings by a week.
On their last training day at Denchi Kai they were each presented with an award and a signed card to remember us by. Also, at the Friday class they were presented with a framed print of the Dojo Kun which was signed by Senseis Steve, Noreen, Karl and Laura. Sensei Steve gave them each a copy of the class photo taken on Thursday. They have also promised that when they come back to England on Holiday they will come and train.
Adam and Rebecca you will be greatly missed, we all wish you a safe journey and good luck for the future.
